Girlfriends--the sisters I never had and my BFF's...Nancy and I just rode 8.66 miles at an average speed of 6.9 mph with an altitude gain of 300', came back to my house, drank water, made breakfast, worked on my second Weebly tutorial, told stories, drank more water, and started my first blog entry.
Having a blog sounds trendy and hip. Do I have to write witty phrases and post original artwork or do I just babble (as usual) and jump from topic to topic? First, to do some research: look up definitions.
-a personal website or web page on which an individual records opinions, links to other sites, etc. on a regular basis (Am I ready for a "regular" commitment?)
-a regularly (there's that word again) updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style (Good! I can babble!)
-Short for Web log (I did not know this. ), a blog is a Web page that serves as a publicly accessible personal journal for an individual. Typically updated daily, blogs often reflect the personality of the author. (Hum..charming and sophisticated it may be hard to pull off regularly.)
-A meandering, blatantly uninteresting online diary that gives the author the illusion that people are interested in their stupid, pathetic life. Consists of such riveting entries as "homework sucks" and "I slept until noon today." (from urbandictionary.com and I thought I was being urbane)
